The Lead on Fire Leadership Conference brings together business owners, emerging and experienced leaders, healthcare professionals, administrators, and other professionals for two days of leadership development, meaningful conversations, and connection.

We invite businesses and organizations with products and services that would be of interest to our attendees to join us as a 2027 Lead on Fire Vendor.

Come introduce your business, showcase your products or services, and make connections with professionals, leaders, decision-makers, business owners, and Emerging Leaders from our community and beyond.

❤️‍🔥 Lead on Fire Vendor — $200

Vendor Package Includes:

– 6-foot vendor table for both conference days
– Company name and logo listed in the conference program
– Company name listed on the conference website
– Recognition as a 2027 Lead on Fire Vendor
– Inclusion in a collective vendor spotlight on social media before the conference
– Opportunity to include one promotional item or piece of literature in attendee bags
– Admission for one vendor representative to the vendor/exhibit area
– Conference meals and refreshments for one vendor representative

Conference sessions and CEUs are not included with vendor registration.

Vendors who would also like to participate in conference sessions may purchase conference registration separately.

Other businesses and organizations are welcome to apply. All vendor applications are subject to approval to ensure a good fit for the conference audience.

Lead on Fire 2027 will intentionally bring Emerging Leaders—students and recent graduates—into the room alongside experienced professionals and organizational leaders.

For employers, this creates another valuable opportunity to connect. The person who stops by your table may not only become a customer or professional connection—they could be a future intern or employee.

WANT MORE VISIBILITY?

Organizations looking for greater exposure may want to consider a Lead on Fire Sponsorship.

Fuel the Flame Sponsor — $500

Includes vendor exhibit space, one complimentary conference registration, expanded conference recognition and additional promotional benefits.

Ignite Sponsor — $1,000

Includes premium vendor exhibit space, two complimentary conference registrations and our highest level of sponsor visibility.

There is no need to purchase a separate vendor package when exhibit space is already included with your sponsorship.

🎓 SUPPORT AN EMERGING LEADER

Vendors may also choose to contribute to the Emerging Leader Scholarship Fund, helping students and recent graduates attend Lead on Fire.

Every contribution will be recognized as a scholarship supporter.

Those who contribute $149 to fully sponsor at least one Emerging Leader will receive special recognition as an Emerging Leader Champion. ❤️‍🔥

Scholarship contributions are optional and separate from the vendor fee.

VENDOR DETAILS

Vendor space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis following application approval and payment.

Vendors are responsible for their own displays, signage, products, payment processing, and other materials needed for their exhibit.

Setup, breakdown, attendee-bag material deadlines, and other conference details will be provided to approved vendors before the conference.
