Every contribution will be recognized. ❤️‍🔥 All individuals and businesses who contribute to the Emerging Leader Scholarship Fund will receive recognition as Emerging Leader Scholarship Supporters. Those who contribute $149 or more to fully sponsor at least one Emerging Leader will receive special recognition as an Emerging Leader Champion.

VENDOR AGREEMENT

By submitting this application, I understand that:

Vendor space is limited and participation is not confirmed until the application has been approved and payment has been received.
The vendor fee includes a 6-foot exhibit table and vendor participation for both conference days.
The vendor fee includes conference meals and refreshments for one vendor representative.
Additional vendor representatives are $50 per person.
Vendor registration and additional representative fees do not include conference sessions or CEUs.
Vendors are responsible for their own displays, signage, products, supplies, and payment processing.
Vendors will follow all setup, breakdown, and conference instructions provided by the conference organizer.
Promotional materials must be received by the stated deadline to guarantee inclusion in attendee bags.
Vendor applications are reviewed to ensure businesses, products, and services are a good fit for the Lead on Fire conference audience.
