1. Terms
By accessing the website at http://vacetraining.com/, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Your satisfaction is a top priority for us. We take pride in offering the very best trainings Virginia has to offer for healthcare professionals.
All sales, including class registrations and digital materials from the online store, are final. However, if you cancel class registration 7 days prior to the training by emailing , you can be eligible for a refund of class fee minus 3 % service charge. To avoid the service charge, you may choose to be transferred to another class date and no service fee will be charged. If you do not cancel the class registration 7 days prior to the training, no refund will be issued. At that time, in order to be enrolled into another class, you would need to register for that training and submit full payment.
Regarding digital materials from the online store, all sales are final. It is your responsibility to fully read the description and make sure the materials you are interested in purchasing are the correct materials. Once the materials are purchased and you have been sent the digital download, there is no refund under any circumstances.
In turn, it is your responsibility to be sure email addresses and phone numbers input into the checkout forms are correct so that links or documents can be sent to the appropriate person.
2. Use License
- Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Trainings’ website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
