Jen is a multifaceted professional with a passion for leadership development and exponential growth. As an educator, Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Life Coach, and Certified Behavioral Consultant, she brings a wealth of people expertise to the table. With a career spanning two decades in counseling, Jen’s journey began in 2003 and led to the establishment of her private practice in 2009. Throughout her tenure, she has delivered an array of classes focusing on leadership, mental health, wellness, and resiliency. Not only has she served as an instructor, but Jen has also taken on the role of supervisor and mentor, guiding numerous counselors toward licensure and successful practice ownership. Currently, Jen harnesses her extensive background and refined skills to empower business leaders to optimize strategies for cultivating a motivated and committed workforce.
