Taking the High Road means following a course of action that’s least likely to do harm to other people. With all the complications and division present sometimes in our workplaces, taking the High Road is not always an easy road. But as Health Care Leaders and Managers, it’s essential to your success. This course will help you navigate being a better manager, even in the midst of difficult times with a better understanding of handling socioeconomic diversity. It will help you learn to build meaningful, positive connections with your team and foster personal growth for your staff and facility. It will also help administrators understand the importance of community and collaboration and how valuing people promotes inclusivity and respect for diversity.

This training includes excerpts from the book “High Road Leader” by John Maxwell and taught by Maxwell Certified Leadership Trainer, Speaker and Coach, Butch Jefferson.

NAB/NCERS: 5 CEU’s
