We’re looking for sessions that speak to the real work of leadership—leading people, building strong teams, communicating effectively, navigating change and conflict, making difficult decisions, growing businesses and organizations, developing emerging leaders, creating healthy workplace cultures, and taking care of the leader behind the title.
Your session does not have to be specifically about “peace,” but it should complement the overall conference theme and provide attendees with practical value they can take back to their teams, organizations, businesses, or everyday leadership.
