The pandemic greatly increased the long-existing staffing challenges as a result of what is now called the “Great Resignation”. These challenges have reached crisis level. Administrators must find solutions that ensure residents are safely cared for, and both resident and caregiver are in a safe environment. This program offers suggestions to empower administrators and hiring managers in their search.

7. Identify communication strategies to engage staff.
8. Identify qualities of the post-COVID “Employer of Choice”.
